Well, if you are ever in a really threatening situation, and you think you might need to defend yourself, (say if someone grabs you), SHOUT as loudly as you possibly can. Keep shouting!

If they WON'T let you go,  you will need to try to defend yourself. You mustn't let yourself be taken anywhere you don't want to go. So SHOUT, and at the same time try to strike a part of their body that is easy for you to reach. Look at the picture below...
